Hi Hello, I'm Briar, a 22 year old german Artist !! I've been drawing furries for a little while and I mostly wasn't really as present on social medias with my art.
I'm mostly responsible for badges, art commissions and (soon) small clay figurines!
I'm also a graphic design & game development student and made our logo.

Hello! My name is Florence, i do Art here and there, along with any fursuit parts and plushies that you might see on our accounts.
Despite being primarily a Furry Artist, also do fanart of whatever game that i'm into at the moment.
I really like making colours pop in my own little way, so you'll be seeing it a lot in any art that i post!

GENERAL

1) We have every right to reject your commission request.
2) Generally speaking, we will be rejecting any commission request that includes the following themes; racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. and any other topics that make us uncomfortable.

PAYMENTS

1) Full payment is to be made after the initial sketch has been provided. 50/50 payments are also accepted, but must be discussed beforehand.
2) Payment plans are only available for purchases above 100$. For orders that will be shipped to the client, the first payment must be enough to cover the cost of shipping.
3) Payment is to be made via Paypal, Ko-Fi, and Stripe. Other payment methods may be possible, but must be discussed beforehand.
4) Although tipping is not necessary, we appreciate any tips that we get.

USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1) Clients are allowed to use our artwork for their own personal use with proper credit.
2) Clients are not allowed to use my art for crypto/NFT, nor is anyone allowed to use my art for AI training.
3) You are not allowed to sell our character designs for a higher price that you bought them for, unless you have commissioned art for them and took the cost of the art into account.
4) Unauthorized commercial use of my works is strictly forbidden.
5) If you're commissioning us to draw fanart or design a character based off a certain media, please remember to double-check whether the creator allows it beforehand. While this isn't a problem with bigger companies (eg. Hoyoverse, Hypergryph) a lot of the smaller creators aren't really a big fan of this, and we would like to respect their wishes if they do not want their content to be monetized by others.

REVISIONS

1) Clients are entitled to as many revisions as they'd like as long as the artwork is still in the sketch phase.
2) Revisions to the sketch or lineart are not allowed once the colouring process has started.
3) Should there be any changes to the colours, the client must inform us of said changes before we begin shading and rendering the artwork.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

1) Please inform us of any deadline that you have.
2) Our badges ship from Germany, and this may reflect how fast they will arrive.
3) Please do take note that we have our own lives outside art, and we are trying to balance our physical (and mental health) on top of it. We will try our best to deliver the finished piece as soon as possible, but delays may happen from time to time.

REFUNDS

1) Refunds will only be issued before I start the colouring process.
2) No refunds will be given whatsoever once we have started the colouring process, unless we encounter a problem which requires us to refund your order.

COMMUNICATION

1) Client can contact us through our the DMs of our social media accounts and through our Discord DMs- in which our links and usernames are listed within this site.
2) Although we can be friendly, we are not your friend. Please refrain from using slurs that would otherwise be accepted in your friend group.
3) Any form of harassment towards us may result in the cancellation of your commision and if payment has been made, a refund will be issued soon after.

Q: Can you draw my character?

A: Sure thing! However, please keep in mind that although we are open for art requests, they are basically pieces that we do in our free time. Please do not rush us over free art.

Q: Why do you have different artstyles?

A: This account is run by two people.

Q: I'm a minor, can I buy some art from you guys?

A: Yes! However, there is a catch- those under the age of 16 must get permission from their parents beforehand.

Q: How long would shipping take?

A: It depends on where you're located at! If we send out from Germany, it's usually about 1-2 weeks within Europe and about 2-3 weeks everywhere else! Tracked shipping usually takes less time than untracked. In case the package gets lost, we will make sure to replace it for free though!

Q: My order broke after using it, is it possible to get a replacement or fix?

A: Depending on the item, we can replace it! If it's a badge we'll ask you to just pay for the shipping + material cost, if it's something like a fursuit please talk to us about it first to find a solution!
